The Cervix Self-Screening is available to people with a cervix, including women and transgender people, who:

  • Currently live in Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Belcarra, Anmore, Earl's Cove, Langdale, Madeira Park, Pender Harbour, Sechelt, Robert's Creek, Gibsons, Pemberton, Port Alberni, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Lighthouse Country, Coombs, Errington, and Nanoose Bay.
  • Are due for a Pap (have not had one in the last three years)
  • Are between the ages of 25-69.

Eligible age for screening is 25-69

If you do not have a primary care provider leave blank or type none. If follow-up is needed after screening you will be linked to a clinic in a pilot community.


Cervix Self-Screening is not recommended for people who are pregnant, have had a total hysterectomy, have had a solid organ transplant or who are HIV positive. Please speak with a health care provider about your screening options.
